What does "early access" actually mean?
We're pre-GA. The product works, teams are running it on real customer traffic today, but the roadmap is open and some surfaces (analytics, advanced routing) are still being built. You're getting the core experience and shaping the rest.
How long is founder pricing locked?
Forever. As long as you keep your account active, you pay 50% of whatever the eventual list price is. No fine print, no clawback if you scale seats.
What happens after the first 500 teams?
The free-founder-pricing slot closes. We'll still run a free tier, but the 50%-off-forever deal ends when we hit 500 or when we exit beta, whichever comes first.
Do I need to enter a credit card now?
